The Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change (MoEFCC) organised Him-CONNECT during the 25th World Sustainable Development Summit of The Energy and Resources Institute (TERI) in New Delhi. Him-CONNECT is a platform that links researchers working in the Indian Himalayan Region with start-ups, investors and policymakers. The idea is to turn Himalayan research into practical solutions and investment-ready ventures for the fragile mountain region.
