Eligibility and Account Registration
To access the full features of Tamil Test, you must register for an account. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that:
- You are of legal age to form a binding contract, or have obtained verifiable parental/guardian consent.
- All registration information you submit is true, accurate, current, and complete.
- You will maintain the security and confidentiality of your password and account credentials.
- You accept full responsibility for all activities, actions, and purchases that occur under your account.
Platform Acceptable Usage
Tamil Test grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access our platform for personal, lawful, and educational purposes. You strictly agree not to:
- Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the platform or breach any security measures.
- Use automated scripts, bots, spiders, or scrapers to copy, extract, or harvest data or test content.
- Resell, redistribute, license, or commercially exploit any part of our paid or free services without explicit written consent.
- Impersonate any person or entity, or unfairly manipulate quiz rankings, leaderboards, or battle outcomes.
Payments & Refund Policy
Tamil Test reserves the right to modify subscription plans, feature availability, and pricing at any time. Any changes to pricing will not affect active, pre-paid billing cycles. Final prices, including applicable taxes, will be displayed at checkout prior to purchase.
As a general policy, all purchases—including subscription plans, account upgrades, and mock test enrollments—are considered final. We do not offer refunds or account credits for unused time, accidental purchases, or changes of mind once a payment has been successfully processed.
Service Delivery Guarantee
We stand by the reliability of our platform. A full refund will be issued if you have successfully paid for a premium plan, quiz, or mock test, but the service was not activated or delivered to your account due to a technical failure on our end.

While we strive to provide 99.9% uptime, Tamil Test does not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We may temporarily suspend access for scheduled maintenance, updates, or to address technical emergencies. We are not liable for outages caused by third-party infrastructure, ISPs, or force majeure events.
Intellectual Property Rights
All original content on the platform—including but not limited to test question banks, explanations, graphics, logos, UI/UX design, and underlying software code—is the exclusive intellectual property of Tamil Test and is protected by international copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or distribution is strictly prohibited and will result in legal action.
Limitation of Liability
Disclaimer of Warranties
Tamil Test is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied. In no event shall Tamil Test, its directors, or employees be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data or profit, arising out of your use of or inability to use the platform.
Termination of Service
You may terminate your account at any time by ceasing to use our services. However, Tamil Test reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account without prior notice or liability if we determine that you have violated these Terms and Conditions or engaged in fraudulent or illegal activities.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Tamil Nadu, India.
