Jindal Steel Limited has received the 2026 Steelie Award in the “Excellence in People” category. The honour recognises its programme titled Dakshata Engineering Safety: One Duty Position at a Time. Under Dakshata, workers undergo safety training tailored to their specific roles, followed by competency assessment and periodic reassessment, before they are deployed to a duty position.
