The World Day for Safety and Health at Work is observed every year on April 28 by the International Labour Organization (ILO). The day promotes the prevention of workplace accidents and the creation of safe and healthy working conditions. The theme for 2026 is ‘Good psychosocial working environments: A pathway to thriving workers and strong organizations’, drawing attention to the mental and social aspects of work.
