UN Women has released a report titled "Ensuring and Strengthening Access to Justice for All Women and Girls". It finds that women around the world enjoy only 64% of the legal rights that men have, and that no country has yet achieved full legal equality for women and girls. In 54% of countries, rape is not legally defined on the basis of consent. Nearly three-fourths of countries still permit child marriage under certain conditions, and 44% of countries have no legal requirement of equal pay for equal work.
