The Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu released the Tamil Nadu Warehousing Policy 2026 in Chennai to promote modern warehousing infrastructure and strengthen supply chains and logistics. It gives five years of incentives to operators and developers with a registered State office, including a 25% green incentive (max Rs 2 crore) for new warehouses, training subsidies and special incentives for Category C and Delta districts.
