The Tamil Nadu Chief Minister inaugurated the world's first Pinhole Pupilloplasty Centre at Dr Agarwal's Eye Hospital, Alwarpet, Chennai. Pinhole Pupilloplasty (PPP) is a microsurgical technique developed by Dr. Amar Agarwal to improve vision in selected patients with corneal scars, irregular corneas and other optical problems.
