Rashtrapati Bhavan played host to the Purple Fest, organised by the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment. The festival celebrated the achievements of Divyangjan (persons with disabilities) and promoted inclusivity by recognising their talents, accomplishments and aspirations.
