A new Tamil edition of From Volga to Ganga by scholar Rahul Sankrityayan (1893-1963) has been published. It is the seventh Tamil translation of the book. Theatre practitioner and teacher A. Mangai translated it, and Seer Vasagar Vattam published it. Across 20 stories, the book traces human society from about 6000 BCE to 1942 CE.
