An international workshop on Tiger Landscapes was inaugurated in New Delhi, organised by the International Big Cat Alliance (IBCA), the Asian Development Bank (ADB) and the National Tiger Conservation Authority (NTCA). Its theme is "Tiger Landscapes: Conservation, Bioeconomy and Ecotourism as Pillars for Livelihood and Income Generation". IBCA and ADB signed an MoU on landscape conservation, capacity building and nature-positive financing. Tiger landscapes support water security, climate regulation and carbon sequestration while sustaining local livelihoods.
