StartupBlink has released the Innovators Business Environment Index (IBEI) 2026, which rates how favourable national business conditions are for innovators.
- Countries are scored from 0 to 100 on regulation, access to capital, taxation, digital infrastructure and global mobility.
- The United States topped the index with a score of 100, followed by Singapore and the United Kingdom.
- India ranked 54th with a score of 55.035.
- India finished ahead of China, which was placed 85th.
