India hosted a three-day BRICS Chief Justices' Forum in New Delhi ahead of the 18th BRICS Summit. It was inaugurated by Chief Justice of India Justice Surya Kant. Discussions covered modern jurisprudence, the use of Artificial Intelligence in judicial administration, international commercial mediation, sustainable development and the cross-border enforcement of arbitral awards.
