India is hosting the India–AI Impact Summit 2026 in New Delhi, the first global Artificial Intelligence summit held in the Global South. It rests on three Sutras – People, Planet and Progress – and deliberations are organised under seven Chakras: Human Capital; Inclusion for Social Empowerment; Safe and Trusted AI; Resilience, Innovation and Efficiency; Science; Democratizing AI Resources; and AI for Economic Growth and Social Good. Backed by MeitY, the IndiaAI Mission, Software Technology Parks of India and Digital India, the summit seeks responsible AI adoption, stronger global partnerships and inclusive growth.
