The Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO) and the Indian Navy have successfully tested the ADC-150 (Air Droppable Container-150), releasing it from a Boeing P-8I Poseidon aircraft off the coast of Goa.
The ADC-150 is an indigenously developed container that can deliver supplies weighing up to 150 kilograms by air to naval ships operating at sea, improving the Navy's ability to sustain vessels away from port.
