The Delhi government is working with IIT Kanpur on an Intelligent Grievance Monitoring System (IGMS). The system will bring several public grievance portals onto one dashboard and use artificial intelligence and machine learning to sort and track complaints. It is meant to speed up resolution and make government departments more accountable. IIT Kanpur will handle integration, cybersecurity checks and long-term maintenance.
