The New Delhi Declaration of the 18th BRICS Summit seeks cooperation in Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) and Foundational Literacy and Numeracy (FLN). Members will share best practices and promote mutual recognition of qualifications, academic mobility, digital literacy and safe, ethical use of AI in education. The BRICS TVET Cooperation Alliance (BRICS-TCA) will enable information and resource sharing and joint vocational programmes, with TVET institutions linked to industry to meet market needs. Work will continue through the BRICS Network University, covering programmes, scholarships and traditional and indigenous knowledge systems.
