Bengaluru-based start-up Astrobase Space Technologies has revealed EVEREST, an 800-kilonewton (kN) rocket engine based on Full-Flow Staged Combustion (FFSC) technology. It is the first engine of this class to be built by a private company in India, marking a step forward for the country's private space sector.
