The All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) has launched VAANI 3.0, which stands for Vibrant Advocacy for Advancement and Nurturing of Indian Languages. The initiative seeks to promote technical education, research and learning in Indian languages. By encouraging academic activity in mother tongues, it aims to make engineering and technical knowledge accessible to students who are more comfortable outside English, in line with the national push for multilingual higher education.
