The Ministry of Panchayati Raj introduced SabhaSaar, an AI-based tool that turns audio and video recordings of Gram Sabha and Panchayat meetings into structured text summaries and minutes. Built on AI and cloud technology under the IndiaAI Mission and available to all States and Union Territories, it runs on Bhashini, the government's language AI platform, and supports languages including Hindi, Bengali, Tamil, Telugu, Marathi, Gujarati and English. It is meant to bring uniform documentation across the country and give local communities quick access to meeting outcomes.
