Under its BRICS Chairship, India virtually hosted the 8th BRICS Youth Energy Summit with the theme “Energy for All”. Sessions focused on Energy Security and Sustainability, Energy Access and Equity, and Technology and Innovation, with talks on diversifying energy sources, resilient supply chains, innovative financing and digitalisation of energy systems. India’s overall BRICS Chairship theme is “Building for Resilience, Innovation, Cooperation and Sustainability.” The summit was followed by the BRICS Youth Council Meeting and Youth Summit at Gandhinagar, Gujarat.
