Global Media and Information Literacy Week 2026 runs from 24 to 31 October to build awareness of Media and Information Literacy (MIL) and to strengthen people's ability to critically assess, understand and responsibly use information. The 2026 theme is "We All Play a Part – Media and Information Literacy for the People."
