Venture Intelligence data shows that private equity and venture capital firms put about $3,513 million into Tamil Nadu-based companies in 2025, across 61 deals. That is 20% more by value than in 2024. Funding fell sharply in the October-December quarter to $421 million in 14 deals. Angel investments stayed at 46 deals in both years. Nationally, PE-VC investment was about $33 billion across 1,164 deals.
