The 10th BRICS Industry Ministers' Meeting, held in Jaipur under India's BRICS Chairship 2026, ended with a Joint Declaration on deeper industrial cooperation in MSMEs, photovoltaics, start-ups, innovation, transport and logistics. Members adopted a Framework for Cooperation in the SME Working Group and approved the Terms of Reference and Action Plan for the BRICS Working Group on Photovoltaic Industry to boost solar energy collaboration. India put forward a BRICS Incubator Network and a BRICS Startup Innovation Fund. The theme was "Building for Resilience, Innovation, Cooperation and Sustainability", pursued through the BRICS Partnership on New Industrial Revolution (PartNIR).
