The Finance Initiative of the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP FI) has set up the UNEP FI Impact Centre, a platform devoted to helping financial institutions handle their impact. Through the centre, members gain access to a holistic methodology along with technical tools to support this work. The new platform draws on the Positive Impact Finance framework, which UNEP FI introduced in 2017. In effect, the centre takes that earlier framework further by giving financial institutions a dedicated place and practical resources for managing the impact of their activities.
