The Territorial Army (TA) of the Indian Army, together with CyberPeace, has launched the third edition of Terrier Cyber Quest (TCQ 3.0). It is a national-level defence hackathon meant to produce home-grown cybersecurity solutions and bolster India's cyber defence capabilities.
