The Prime Minister launched the 'Nasha Mukt Yuva for Viksit Bharat Sankalp Abhiyan' from Kashi (Varanasi), Uttar Pradesh. It is a nationwide anti-drug awareness campaign that will run for 100 weeks.
The campaign was first tried as a pilot in Kashi and was later scaled up across the country under the Kashi Declaration (2025). It seeks to keep young people away from substance abuse.
