The Union Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) has launched the Electronic Overseas Citizen of India (e-OCI) platform. Through it, eligible applicants can complete the entire Overseas Citizen of India (OCI) application process online. The e-OCI card is the digital form of the OCI card, which was first introduced in 2005 for persons of Indian origin living abroad.
