'Mayur' has been launched as the official mascot of the 22nd Commonwealth Table Tennis Championships 2026. India will host the event at the Thyagaraj Stadium in Delhi from 27 July to 2 August 2026. Hosting the championships gives Indian paddlers home advantage against players from Commonwealth nations and adds to India's growing record of staging international sporting events.
