Kerala has rolled out Project Zero, a state-level drive against corruption run by its Vigilance and Anti-Corruption Bureau (VACB). The programme targets bribery, cybercrimes and corrupt practices within government administration. Citizens are encouraged to take complaints about corruption straight to the VACB, and the scheme promises protection and confidentiality for whistleblowers and complainants. It also stresses quicker investigations with the help of technology and greater transparency in administration.
