Kaamya Karthikeyan, an 18-year-old mountaineer from Mumbai, skied to the South Pole. She is the youngest Indian to do so and the second-youngest woman in the world. Kaamya is already known for climbing the highest peaks on several continents, and this polar expedition adds to her record of firsts as a young Indian adventurer.
