About NCLT:
The NCLT is a quasi-judicial body in India that adjudicates issues relating to Indian companies. It plays a critical role in handling insolvency cases under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC), 2016. For TNPSC and Polity aspirants, this appointment is key to understanding the structure of judicial tribunals and the implementation of the IBC.
