The Indian Navy launched its fifth Diving Support Craft, DSC A24, at Titagarh Rail Systems Limited (TRSL), Kolkata.
Diving Support Crafts are specialised vessels that support underwater diving work, including inspections, repairs and salvage operations, in coastal and harbour waters. The series strengthens the Navy's ability to carry out such tasks with indigenously built platforms.
