India finished fourth at the 2026 Commonwealth Games in Glasgow with 39 medals: 13 gold, 17 silver and 9 bronze. It was India's lowest tally in 24 years, since the 1998 Kuala Lumpur Games, partly due to a reduced event schedule.
Boxing gave 10 medals, including 7 golds, with strong showings in judo, athletics, para-athletics and weightlifting. Neeraj Chopra won javelin silver and Mirabai Chanu her third straight CWG gold. India finished behind Australia, England and Canada, edging host Scotland on silver count.
