At the 79th British Academy of Film and Television Arts (BAFTA) Awards 2026, held at London's Royal Festival Hall, the Manipuri-language film Boong won Best Children's and Family Film, the first time an Indian film has received this award. One Battle After Another led the night with six awards, including Best Film and Best Director for Paul Thomas Anderson. Sinners won three awards and Hamnet won two, including Outstanding British Film. Acting honours went to Robert Aramayo, Jessie Buckley, Wunmi Mosaku and Sean Penn.
