The 40th edition of AAHAR 2026 took place in New Delhi. AAHAR is among the largest business-to-business (B2B) exhibitions for the food and hospitality sector in South Asia. It is jointly organised by the Ministry of Food Processing Industries and the India Trade Promotion Organisation (ITPO). The fair brings together producers, processors, suppliers and buyers from the food and hospitality industries, offering a platform to showcase products, technologies and services and to build trade links.
